Franky Celestin, Ph.D.

Soil Scientist · Agronomist · Extension Specialist

Dr. Franky Celestin is a soil scientist specializing in soil health, nutrient management, sustainable agricultural systems, and environmental quality. He earned his Ph.D. in Soil and Water Sciences from the University of Florida and currently serves as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Everglades Research and Education Center, UF/IFAS.

His work combines field research, soil fertility, water quality assessment, spectroscopy, and data analytics to translate scientific findings into practical guidance for farmers, researchers, and agricultural professionals.

Through Soils & More, he shares research findings, field experiences, and science-based insights that connect research with agricultural practice.
